Together, these guides validate the unseen struggles many face, while providing tools, understanding, and spiritual support for anyone feeling lost, overwhelmed, or overlooked.
Action & awareness plan
The Action & Awareness Plan encourages individuals to pause and reflect before internalizing their distress—prompting them to consider whether environmental, chemical, or external factors may be contributing to how they feel. The reverse side equips them with practical steps for action, including tools for self-advocacy and a curated list of naturopathic doctors who specialize in root-cause testing for issues like mold toxicity and medication-related effects.
Suicide prevention PAMPHLET
This pamphlet by Action & Awareness for Suicide Prevention aims to break the stigma surrounding suicide through education, advocacy, and support. It highlights critical warning signs, emphasizes the importance of asking direct questions, and provides actionable steps to help those in crisis. The pamphlet also raises awareness about lesser-known risk factors like medication side effects and environmental toxins. Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS) support groups provide a compassionate, peer-led space for individuals who experience chronic symptoms—such as headaches, fatigue, or respiratory issues—triggered by low-level chemical exposures. Participants share coping strategies, emotional encouragement, and practical resources in regular meetings, helping each other manage daily life challenges.
Toxic Mold Support Group
Toxic Mold Support Groups offer a supportive community for individuals and families affected by mold-related illnesses, including respiratory issues, chronic fatigue, and neurological symptoms. Members share resources, treatment experiences, and coping strategies—such as mold remediation tips, medical referrals, and emotional support—to help each other navigate recovery and prevention.
